I would probably have my screen finished already! Hey! My other thoughts are, have you heard of a sprayed screen looking a bit brighter and more vibrant than a rolled screen? My main question is, if I wanted to boost the reflectivity of this screen just slightly without the massive texture build up this time, would it hurt to add just a little of the new AAA into my remaining mix so that when Wesley sprays, it will have a few more aluminum flakes and therefore more gain? Just want to make sure the aluminum doesn't get uneven or anything when using something like that. Due to their tough and rigid structure, they can be drilled and screwed without splitting.
Then I would cover the screws with a three inch black border after painting. Wish I would have signed up at HTS sooner! I will paint one side with a roller.
I did read one forum where someone said that after multiple attempts at rolling, he had a friend who owned a body shop spray his BW screen, and it greatly improved the look of his screen. Oh, I see.
