Ezidebit don't offer refund or reversal functionality which causes a lot of problems and additional work and means that they can happily charge you f...or money that goes back to the customer. So sad. Make sure you read their ridiculous polices before signing the agreement. And disappointing customer experience.Business! Just an immediate excessive penalty. The running joke is this place fired the person who was specifically brought in to make cultural changes ,how good is that !nothing to say, just a customer who had bad experienceI worked from day to day dealing with people who work hard to get their money only for this company to rip them off with over priced fees. Absolutely the best thing I did was to invest in Ezidebit for taking Credit Card payments & also using their Direct Debit system and integrate it with my awesome Xero package.
