There will be a few places open for the residents but it will be very quiet.Fatcats usually close beginning November until just before Christmas, so should be opened in February, Angelus usually close similar times.The ex-pat (British) bars in the old town and elsewhere will be open although some do take a night off during the week when it's quiet.
